This happened in Seal Beach which is 20 minutes or so from my house. I have been to Seal Beach many times and a great city. Worst killing spree in Orange County History. The gunman was wearing a bullet proof vest and had a few guns in his truck. His ex-wife worked at the salon and he came in at 1p.m. and starting shooting people. The cops stopped him in less than 1/2 mile and he surrendered.
